Permits & Approvals
We handle all the paperwork, engineering (if required), permits, and approvals necessary to ensure the remodel complies with local building codes and regulations. All Portland remodels can be expedited through our privileged Field Issuance Remodel contractor status.
Permits & Approvals
Contaminant testing: We test for asbestos and lead on any pre-1978 home to ensure that the renovation unfolds in a way that is safe for your family.
Construction & Installation
Once your design is finalized, our expert construction team begins the process. We’ll keep you updated throughout the construction, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Deep Cleaning: We are able to do a final cleanup protocol as detailed as a whole-house cleaning team followed by detailed air duct cleaning for the whole forced air system to make sure that any particle of dust which could have escaped our containment has been captured. .
Final Walkthrough: Upon completion, we conduct a thorough walkthrough to ensure every detail meets your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we won’t consider the job finished until you’re completely happy with your new kitchen.
